Government secondary schools provide secondary education for the whole of Zambia. They are often divided into junior secondary schools, for grades eight and nine and upper secondary schools, for grades ten to twelve. Community secondary schools are supported by individuals, businesses, farms and/or churches in the local area.

All organizational activities are managed in a participative and person-centered way, demonstrating an ability to understand the needs of others and a commitment to act always in the best interests of all stakeholders. Business programs are offered at schools around the world and feature a wide range of concentrations. Holding an MBA or an EMBA give students a solid understanding of business, as well as the critical, analytical and strategic thinking skills necessary to hold management and leadership positions.
